It was a pleasure to stay at La Lechere Guest House.
Hanny is a very welcoming host and nothing was too much trouble. She was very flexible in arranging breakfasts before or after time with the animals in nearby Kruger.We were attracted by the website which we found (unlike others) does not stretch the truth and in fact could be updated with recent improvements. The rooms, grounds, pool and eating areas are very pleasant. The owners are further improving the facility by addition of a pleasant outdoor bar etc. The room was very comfortable and well serviced and the staff were very helpful. The pool is lovely but unfortunately the weather didn’t invite us in.
Hanny is very happy to provide advice on local restaurants, local news and souvenir places etc.
All in all it was a very pleasant stay and we are happy to recommend it to others.

A really wonderful place... Hanny and staff were extremely friendly, helpful and informative, the room was beautiful, comfortable and immaculate. Hanny also booked us some wonderful safari related things with the Olifants river trip particularly standing out. Honestly couldn't recommend La Lechere highly enough!

This amazing guesthouse provided an excellent and friendly surrounding in which we could spend part of our honeymoon travelling Kruger and Mozambique. The new management made us feel welcome from the start and the added on dinner was fantastic.
